He has served in senior administrative positions including Registrar, Acting Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and Controller of Examinations, with extensive expertise in academic administration, admissions, examinations, regulatory compliance, institutional governance, and student services.
He has held leadership positions at Khulna Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah University, North East University Bangladesh, and Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology, where he contributed to strengthening academic operations, ensuring compliance with UGC and Ministry of Education regulations, coordinating statutory bodies, and managing institutional challenges.
Mr. Al-Sadik holds an M.S.S. and B.S.S. (Honours) in Government & Politics from Jahangirnagar University, along with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). He has also received professional training in Apostille procedures and Higher Education Management Information Systems (HEMIS).
With strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, he brings a broad understanding of university governance and administration, with a focus on efficient, compliant, and student-centered institutional management.
