Md. Shabuz Sarker is a dedicated academic and professional with a strong background in marketing and business administration. He holds both a BBA and an MBA in Marketing from Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur. Currently, he serves as a Lecturer and Head of the Department of Business Administration at Teesta University, Rangpur, where he also leads as the President of the Teesta University Business Club.

With a wealth of experience in both academia and industry, Md. Shabuz Sarker has previously interned at Exim Bank and National Life Insurance Company in Rangpur. He has also worked with prominent organizations such as Uttara Motors Ltd. and Samsung, Bangladesh, gaining practical insights into the business world.

As a researcher, he has contributed to the field with published papers on topics like Consumer Behavior and Preferences in Online Shopping in Bangladesh and The Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Business Operations in Bangladesh. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence in Business Operations, Consumer Behavior, Sustainability in Business, and E-commerce Trends and Challenges.

A recipient of the Government Scholarship (2010–2014), Md. Shabuz Sarker continues to bridge the gap between theory and practice, inspiring students and professionals alike with his expertise and passion for business innovation.
