About The Faculty

The Faculty of Biological Science is the place to study life—from tiny cells to whole ecosystems. We cover a wide range of subjects, including cell biology, genetics, ecology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology, botany, zoology, biochemistry, biotechnology, and environmental science. Teaching here mixes classroom lessons with lab work and field studies so students gain both knowledge and practical skills. We focus on critical thinking, problem solving, and hands-on research to help students tackle real-world problems. Graduates go on to careers in research, healthcare, conservation, agriculture, education, and industry—or continue with further study.
